Picasso’s Anchor with the quick belt holding system. It can be used for either an anchor or a quick weight belt. It is designed to be used with the cable buoy, to quickly drop it and mark a rock, a hole or a zone.

Can be used in windy or stream zones, as the ‘grips’ of the shaft extractor will work as an anchor!
