Any orders containing knives must be sent with FedEx due to issues with Royal Mail.
DX is a next day service and can send all items up to 2m for a very affordable price, great for all guns especially 70-100cm barrel lengths, fins, wetsuits etc, they collect daily at around 2pm, DX have to deliver and take a photo and can only deliver to your address or neighbor they cannot deliver to a safe location unless requested, so we highly recommend using this service.
FedEx is a next day service and best for smaller items below 120cm (70cmguns and below, fins and wetsuits) FedEx collect daily from our warehouse around 1pm. Fedex will attempt delivery at your address and then at a neighbor but will only sign with a name and will leave safe if needed – so we dont recommend this if you dont have a safe location for them to leave the parcel.
Royal Mail is also 24HR once dispatched and best suited for smaller items, Less than 2kg. They collect daily from our warehouse at 4pm so is the best chance for next day for small items. Royal Mail will deliver Mon-Sat so if you need small items for Saturday delivery chose Royal Mail – ONLY SMALL ITEMS
Parcelforce is a 24hr service but collect next day so deliver in 48HR due to the delay in collection time – Only suitable for longer items for more remote postcodes such as highlands and islands of Scotland. Parcelforce is for larger items that cannot go via royal mail
Back order or pre order items are not in stock and will be delivered within the estimated time frame stated on the product and in the basket. If you have backorder items in your basket with other in-stock items this will hold your order until all the items are available for dispatch.
SATURDAY DELIVERY – Orders placed with DX Saturday delivery selected must have been placed before 9am on Friday or have contacted us to notify us of the priority shipping – we advise emailing and calling us on Thursday or Friday ideally before 11am to guarantee we can ship your order provided all items are in stock.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
When shipping internationally please choose your country at checkout and the product prices will show without 20% VAT, for example, Sportube Series 3 UK RRP = £199.99, VAT Free = £166.66.
Most countries will charge an import tax on your items usually around the 20% mark so please check your local tax rules as this is not down to us or the courier.
DHL Express is our quickest service and for most European nations is Next day, and 48hr for outside the EU.
DHL Economy is the slower air/road option which can be 2-5 days depending on location, please get in touch to confirm.
FedEx is our alternative shipping option and is mostly priced at the International Economy service which is similar to the DHL Economy, however some countries such as those outside the EU this will be priced at the Priority express service similar to the DHL Express service.
